About The Owners

Casey Weiss and Dan Borgmeier, CCIM are the owners of ACRE. They work directly with each client. Weiss has a degree in Real Estate Studies and another in Entrepreneurship, both from the University of Saint Thomas. He has been involved in real estate his entire career, and has worked as a home builder/developer, a commercial leasing agent, and a commercial investment sales agent. Borgmeier has a MBA in Real Estate from the University of Saint Thomas, as well as a CCIM designation. He has worked in sales his entire career and has valuable experience as a commercial broker, developer, and investor. Borgmeier and Weiss have experience working indepedantly, as well as for other large brokerage firms. This has given them the ability to create "The New Type of Investment Brokerage Firm" that is Access Commercial Real Estate.
