We have access to several national marketing platforms and contacts with commercial agents from many other brokerage firms throughout the country. This ensures that each property listed is marketed from coast to coast. In some cases, the buyer that is willing to pay the highest price is from outside of the region. Our ability to market on a national level and to collaborate with other brokers ensures that no potential buyers are missed.
When the decision to sell is made, we help each client determine an appropriate sale price. A marketing package is then created to accurately highlight the positive financial and physical attributes of the property, its location, and its surrounding demographics. This marketing package is made available on paper and in electronic form. This allows ACRE to provide potential buyers with an attractive summary of each listed property that is instantly available.
As offers arrive we help you understand the positive and negative attributes of each offer and decide whether to accept. Negotiations are handled with precision and finesse. Upon acceptance of an offer, we continue to manage the due diligence and escrow process effectively all the way up to the day of closing.
